1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Fitty's services, website, and facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our services.

2. Services

Fitty provides personalized fitness training, nutrition coaching, and wellness programs. Our services include but are not limited to one-on-one personal training, group sessions, online coaching, body composition assessments, and customized nutrition plans. Service availability may vary based on your selected package.

3. Membership and Packages

  • All packages must be paid in full before the commencement of sessions
  • Package validity periods are specified at the time of purchase and cannot be extended
  • Sessions must be booked in advance through our scheduling system
  • Unused sessions within a package cannot be transferred or refunded after the validity period
  • Package upgrades are available at any time; downgrades are subject to approval

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 12 hours' notice for session cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) will be counted as a completed session. No-shows will also be counted as a completed session. Fitty reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case clients will be notified promptly and the session will be rescheduled.

5. Health and Safety

  • Clients must complete a health assessment form before beginning any training program
  • You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns
  • Fitty reserves the right to refuse service if a client's health condition poses a risk
  • Clients participate in all fitness activities at their own risk
  • We recommend consulting a physician before starting any new exercise program

6. Conduct and Facility Use

Clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards staff, coaches, and other clients at all times. Appropriate athletic attire must be worn during sessions. Personal belongings are the responsibility of the client. Fitty is not liable for any lost or stolen items. The use of our facility and equipment must comply with the guidelines provided by your coach.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Fitty website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Fitty and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fitty and its coaches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Results may vary from person to person and are influenced by individual effort, adherence to the program, and other factors outside our control. Fitty does not guarantee specific fitness outcomes.

9. Changes to Terms

Fitty reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
